About The RCJ
This prestigious Victorian building is one of the last great wonders of Gothic revival architecture in England and is reminiscent of a Cathedral.
With more than a century of history, over 1000 rooms and a 3½ mile labyrinth of hallways it is one of London’s best kept secrets.
The building was opened by Queen Victoria on 4th December 1882 and by day is home to the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Justice of England and Wales.
By night it is quite simply one of London’s most unique events venues.
Situated in the heart of Theatreland yet far from the crowds, the RCJ has built a considerable reputation for hosting some of the capital’s finest evening events.
